The great big Fabfrocks Christmas giveaway!!

December is here, which means I can officially mention the 'C' word without having to apologise at the start of every post! Yup, it's time to talk about Christmas!! (I know, I know - not that I haven't mentioned it several times already) But you have to forgive me, because this isn't just talking about Christmas, it's talking about giveaways too!


As you know, I attend lots of press days throughout the year; and quite often am given goody bags and little gifts at these events. But because I love you guys so much, I have been saving some of the goody bag goodies to give away in a great big Christmas competition. The prize pack includes:

So what's the prize? Well, the prize is a natural cotton Fearne Cotton tote bag, a Fearne Cotton iphone cover, and a black chiffon blouse with silver stud details, as modelled by Fearne herself in the picture above. St. Tropez is going on tour across the country with its first ever Spraycation. The tour kicks off in London at Westfield W12 on the 15th June, then heads northwards to Bullring Birmingham for the 22nd and 23rd June, Trafford Centre in Manchester on the 28th and 29th June, Glasgow Braehead 6th and 7th July with the final stop in Dublin Pavilions on the 13th and 14th July.

 I will definitely be heading down to the Westfield leg of the tour to get my spray on!! I'm one of the palest people I know, but in the summer I really do love a light tan to make my skin look less translucent against my summery clothes!!

COMPETITION: Win a whole outfit from Fashion Pony!

I love two things: the new pastel jeans trend, and Fashion Pony. Fashion Pony is a gorgeous little website that stocks a mix of very cool independant designers (they're also a lovely fabfrocks advertiser) So when I wanted to run a new competition on the site for you guys, they were my first port of call. And they kindly agreed. And even better, the prize involves pastel coloured jeans. What's not to love?!

The Prize

More prizes with the Fabfrocks Reader Survey!

In an attempt to fulfill my very early (or very late, depending on how you look at it!) New Year's Resolution of making this blog a better one, i've started a reader survey to find out what you guys like, what you do, and who you are!

There are only 15 questions, and it takes less than 3 minutes to complete: I can't promise it will be fun (surveys are never fun!) but I can promise i'll listen and you'll see the results, and the changes I make based on them!

As an added incentive to fill in the survey (and make my day!) one of the questions will ask for your email address (but you don't have to provide it if you don't want to!) Giveaway: DKNY Be Delicious Perfume!

Hi guys,
DKNY Be Delicious perfume is 5 years old. And to celebrate, I have a 30 ml bottle, and a matching make up bag to give away!

It's a great looking perfume: i'm a big fan of a gimmick, so I love the apple label on the bottle, and its apple shape. Of course, before I could give away a bottle to you, I had to have a little bottle to try myself, and I am wearing it right now. It smells Delicious, if you'll excuse the obvious joke! Its very fruity and sweet: I would say it was a youthful fragrance because of it's sugary overtones, which are noticable but not overpowering. It's definitely a day time perfume, as I like more depth in my evening ones, but it's perfect for days in the office, and its smell reminds me of summertime!

Competition: Win a pair of Polaroid sunglasses

I've been a bit obsessed with sunglasses lately: cheap ones, expensive ones, i've tried on them all! So I was really excited when Polaroid asked if i'd like to try a pair from their new range. And even more excited when they said I could have a second pair to give away to you guys!

The pair i'm giving away are from their catwalk chic collection, and are worth £65.99. They are the exact same pair as those I am showing and posing in above. They have a glossy black frame which is wider at the sides and the top, giving a movie star feel. The arms have a quilted effect complete with tiny silver Polaroid pieces: when I wore these yesterday the silver flecks kept catching the sun, making them quite literally eye catching. I love the shape of them: it's so distinctive, and actually manages to make my face look slimmer!

I knew Polaroid made sunglasses, of course, but I always saw them as practical ones, mainly targeted at men, so the new range took me by suprise: as well as the ones i'm giving away there are loads of other oversized lovelies, and some of the wire frame aviators are gorgeous.

KAO Competition for my American friends

So, last week when I posted the UK-only reebok competition, I promised you guys that I would post a giveaway for my American friends. However I don't often work with American brands. So when I was invited to post about this one, I decided to share: This is a Sponsored Post written by me on behalf of KAO Brands. All opinions are 100% mine.

KAO brands (who I hadn't actually heard of until today!) own Jergens and John Frieda, amongst loads of others. (Curél, Bioré, Ban, Guhl) These are the two of their brands I have actually used though - where would any of us be without frizz ease?! They have set up a new microsite called Temptation is Beautiful. Basically, all you have to do is visit the site and enter your email address for a chance to win a weekend of temptation in Las Vegas with three friends. Plus, you'll be automatically entered for a chance to win today's daily beauty basket prize. (I think it's probably more realistic to think you will win one of these, but you never know!)

For a corporate micro-site the website is pretty cool (believe me, i've seen a lot of awful ones!) As well as the competition, there is a temptation quiz where you can decide your temptation level. I know it's childish, but I love stupid quizzes, and I get really excited when I get a good score. Plus when else do I get told i'm hot, hot, hot:

It's a bit ad-heavy for my tastes but I find that on a lot of American websites. And the quiz masters accent drove me crazy but maybe that's just because i'm not used to it! Competition: Let Reebok help you "tone those buns"

My keep-fit regime is still going well, and although i've only lost a few pounds, i'm slowly starting to notice the difference. To intensify the process, at the end of the month I will be starting a trial of the new Reebok Easytone trainers. According to Reebok, Easytone trainers generate up to 28% more bum muscle activation compared to ordinary trainers whilst generating more than 11% more muscle activation in the calf muscles and hamstring. And apparently they help tone your bum and legs even when your not in the gym - sound too good to be true?? I thought so too, so there's only one way to find out!

Once mine arrive I plan on using them three times a week and seeing what difference they make! I am definitely not a trainer wearing in my everyday life, but I think it might even be worth wearing them on my walk to work so my muscles can work harder doing my normal everyday tasks.

So the prize is the opportunity to take part in the trial and receive a pair of Reebok Easytone trainers and a bag full of Reebok training kit! Super-awesome Christmas giveaway!

I love the ballet (although I have none of the grace of a dancer) so I was delighted to be invited to a performance by the Scottish Ballet back in October to celebrate their 40th anniversary. I even got to sit next to Christopher Kane! (this filled me with wild excitement whilst the boyfriend snoozed gently!)
So I thought what better to give away this Christmas (the perfect time to go to the ballet, especially if the Nutcracker is being performed) than tickets to the ballet. And the Scottish Ballet have kindly obliged me!

So the prize is this: a pair of tickets for a Scottish ballet performance of the winners choice! You can see the performance of your choice on the date of your choice. Most of the performances show in Glasgow, Edinburgh, Inverness, Aberdeen and Belfast however if you want to see the

I love running competitions on the blog; not only is it fun, it's also great to share some of the lovely samples and freebies i'm sometimes given with you guys. After all, I wouldn't be given them at all if you didn't keep reading!

Great giveaway for my American friends
